What can I expect once I apply for a position? 

           First Round- Once you have reviewed and applied to a vacancy that interests you, your resume will be reviewed against the competencies and experience requirements of the job by the recruiter or hiring manager.  If selected as a potential candidate, an interview may then be arranged with the supervisor- usually in person, but sometimes over the telephone.          

Second Round- Generally, there will be a second round of interviews with short-listed candidates prior to the final hiring decision.  Once the entire interview process has been completed, candidates will be asked to provide a list of employer references.  The successful candidate will then be extended a conditional offer and be required to complete an employment medical.
