As a student, you want real-life experience in a job which can grow as you gain experience. That's the experience you'll have at HPS. We'll provide excellent learning opportunities through our Cooperative Education Program where you will be exposed to new thinking and applied, hands-on experience.

HPS is also a great place for recent graduates to launch a new  career. For anyone who has recently completed their studies, we provide opportunities for practical application, growth and continued learning. In addition, current employees have the opportunity to learn from the fresh, new ideas that graduates bring to our work processes and environment.   

We mentor students and grads to ensure continuous development and a rewarding experience. Your preference may be to stay within your area of specialization, or you may want to broaden your experience by taking on new challenges and project work within another discipline.  In either case,  we'll support your growth every step of the way...

Student Cooperative Education Program

Several times throughout the year HPS employees visit university and college campuses and attend special career fairs and other student recruitment events. During this time, you'll have the opportunity to talk with one of our employees or recruiters and ask questions about what it's like to work at Hammond Power Solutions. If you are currently enrolled in the cooperative education stream and are looking for a work term placement, please contact us or be sure stop by the HPS booth at the next Career Fair event!
