U.S. Distribution Sales Coordinator

Role Overview:
This position is responsible for assisting the coordination of our U.S. Distributor Sales program reporting to the US Distribution Sales Manager. This entails supporting the sales team in attaining monthly, as well as annual targets and operating with management, representatives and customers to determine business requirements. The Sales Coordinator is instrumental in assuring focused and productive communication. The Sales Ccoordinator helps resolve inquires from customers to ensure customer satisfaction and is responsible for administrative functions essential for everyday, monthly and yearly operation of the system and fulfillment of HPS’ commitments. The ideal candidate will be capable of migrating into Customer Service and/or Quotations roles. 5% Travel required.
Requirements:

Post-secondary diploma/ degree/ technical school graduate preferred

Demonstrate ability to develop rapport and relationships quickly (customers, Engineering, Production, Shipping)
- Demonstrate persuasive external/internal oral & written communication skills with solid telephone and email etiquette

Strong computer software skills (Microsoft Excel, Powerpoint etc.)

Beginner database knowledge would be beneficial

Requires a high attention to detail with a power to prioritize and multitask
